Making Adjustments

What's a dog gotta do to get some attention around here...?

Boy!  There are a LOT of changes that have happened...

I wrote last time that I got to meet some of my family,

and we had a lot of FUN...!

But then DILLON CAME HOME with us!

Now he's sleeping in my PLAY PEN!

Remember I used to SLEEP there before..?

And, I ride in the JEEP in the front...

Now DILLON is there TOO!

But, it's NICE to have someone to PLAY with...

I have just got to BE NICE...

I don't think DILLON knows how to BE NICE...

and, I have the VIDEO to prove it...!

I think we might have to take him BACK

cause I'm the BEST ONE...

The other day, SW and TC were playing with a new silver box.

I've told you about SW's silver box which changed to a blue box, but this one was different.  It was much smaller and they put it on me!

Then SW made me RUN and JUMP and GET IT!

We played for a long time... she made a movie of it from the little silver box...

Getting My Feet Wet... All Four of Them

You know that I like WATER, and that I like to PLAY in WATER...

And, now I have learned to do something new.... SWIM..!!!

Watch me as I SWIM for the FIRST TIME...

I like SWIMMING and FETCHING...!

Now going to the BEACH is even FUNNER...!

Gotta run...!   There's more swimming to do...

Beach is Peaches...!

 We spend a lot of time at the BEACH.

SW and TC go all the time.

There's lots to SMELL and I can run around without a leash

chasing the BALL or learning to CATCH the frisbee!

Sometimes, I go to the BEACH with SW and sometimes with TC, 

but the other day, TC left in the BRT 

and SW and I got in the JEEP.

I didn't know where we were GOING FOR A RIDE, 

but then we were at the BEACH!  And, TC was already there.

I wanted to go to TC, but he was doing something with a large BLANKET and BOARD.

Then he was on the WATER!  I wanted to run in and chase him but the WATER was too deep!  So, we stood on the sand and watched him.  He can fly on the WATER!  

See...? Watch him!  

I have a lot of FUN at the BEACH.  Although, I don't know if SW likes all this sand and water in the JEEP.  

I don't mind.  I just sleep and dream of being at the BEACH all the way home...

Ten Weeks and Going Strong

My official 10 week old portrait...

At 10 weeks I am able to:

 - stay in the CRATE and sleep through the night

 - scratch at the door and let SW and TC know I need to go OUT

 - wait until the command to GET IT is given before eating my food

 - play NICE with the CATS and not try to bite their tails

 - GET 'EM guinea birds to keep them off the porch during the day and then help put them in their barn for the night

 - I can SIT, LAY, and am learning to ROLL

 - I follow TC as he does work around the house, and I don't go wandering off when we go on WALKS

 - I am still learning to work on UP... just can't seem to get my back legs coordinated enough to jump UP yet

 - I like to ride in the BRT and the JEEP

And, I like the BEACH...

Running Naked...

Look, Ma, no leash!

Today, SW & TC took me to a wonderful place called Clam Beach.  There I got to run and run and run...!  I chased the BALL.  I got to play in some tall grass I had never seen before.

Did I mention I got to run and run and run...?

SW took lots of pictures and even made a movie!  I hope you like it!  

Oh, and tomorrow I am 9 weeks old.  Can you believe I've been with SW & TC for two whole weeks..?!?  I bet they can't believe it either.  I am going to sleep now cause I am very, very tired.  I'll probably dream of water and clam shells and running...!
